Pregnancy is a beautiful phase in woman’s life. During this phase woman go through many physical and mental changes. We emphasize on total body health for mother and growing baby.

  • Eat calcium and iron rich food like dairy products, green leafy vegetables, fruits etc.
  • Eat various type of food everyday
  • During early days of pregnancy, eat foods like green leafy vegetables, dark yellow fruits, beans, peas, nuts etc. which are rich in folic acid
  • Say no to alcohol and tobacco
  • Practice meditation
