Growing child requires proper nourishment. Here are some tips for growing kids.

  • Include milk and dairy products in child's food for good amount of calcium  
  • Provide variety of vegetables and fruits 
  • Include protein rich food, e.g.  Beans, Nuts, Lentils and Legumes, Tofu and Soya products, Fish, Egg,  etc.
  • Ask child to drink good amount of water
  • Encourage your child for outdoor games
  • Introduce Yoga to your child for more benefits ​
