We emphasize to achieve the best possible weight (desirable body weight) in relation to overall health. Here are some tips to achieve your goal to your desirable weight. 

  • Control your portion size
  • Eat lots of Fruits, Vegetables, Sprouts instead of biscuits, fried snacks, cakes etc. 
  • Drink plenty of water
  • Mindful eating helps, eat slowly
  • Do not skip the meal and eat at regular time 
  • Do not read or watch TV while eating, you will endup eating more
  • Include exercise in your daily routine
  • Sun salutation yoga workout is useful in weight management
